Director: Róbert Alföldi

"If the viewer likes Alföldi's work, he will not be disappointed if he cannot hold back, once again, from outrage. The interpretation is reckless, the updating coarse, the visual and musical effects sweeping. On this stage, everybody is different. Jew, Christian, feminist or homosexual. On this stage, everybody is the same. Flawed, cowardly, narrow-minded and cruel. And when we put them together, it is disaster. "It all clashes"  and provocatively.
Alföldi's extreme interpretation and eclectic direction techniques break apart the literary and dramatic traditions of Shakespeare."

Kata Hegyi

"Alföldi creates a special stage space, with a wailing wall of screens, the at once stylised and extremely concrete dimensionless of the videos, interior virtual  office designs, with depth, height, and TV studio, applying the same sureness of touch that he brings to his daring casting, dynamic performance style and audiovisual "dialectic", and the dramatic effect is powerful and accurate."
